Raw Material Fiber Classicifications

Man-made fibers are produced through chemical processes and are divided into two main categories: regenerated and synthetic fibers.

  • Viscose/Rayon:* Made from cellulose; soft, absorbent, and versatile.
  • *Modal:* A type of rayon that is stronger and more stable; often blended with other fibers for improved performance.
  • *Lyocell (Tencel):* Made from wood pulp; eco-friendly, strong, and breathable.
*Acetate:* Derived from cellulose; has a silk-like appearance and is used in garments and linings.

Polyester:Durable, resistant to shrinking and stretching; widely used in clothing and home textiles.
Nylon: Strong, elastic, and resistant to abrasion; used in hosiery, activewear, and industrial applications.
Acrylic: Lightweight, soft, and warm; used as a wool substitute in knitwear.
Spandex (Lycra): Highly elastic and used in stretchable garments like sportswear and underwear.
Polypropylene: Light, strong, and resistant to chemicals; used in industrial textiles and activewear.

Natural fibers are derived from plants, animals, or minerals.

  •  Cotton:Soft, breathable, and widely used for clothing and household textiles.
  • Linen (Flax):Strong, absorbent, and known for its coolness and luster; used in summer clothing and home textiles.
  • Hemp:Durable and eco-friendly; used in apparel, ropes, and biodegradable products
  • Jute:Coarse and strong; commonly used in sacks, ropes, and rugs.
  • Ramie:Lustrous and strong; used in textiles and industrial applications.
  • Bamboo: Soft and breathable with natural antibacterial properties; used in clothing and home textiles.

  • Wool:Warm, elastic, and resilient; used in sweaters, blankets, and carpets.
  • Silk:Luxurious, strong, and shiny; used in high-end clothing and textiles.
  • Cashmere:Soft, lightweight, and warm; used in luxury garments.
  • Angora:Extremely soft and warm; used in knitwear and accessories.
  • Asbestos:Heat-resistant and used in industrial applications (now largely discontinued due to health risks).

Blended fibers combine natural and/or man-made fibers to enhance performance and characteristics. For example, blending cotton with polyester can improve durability and wrinkle resistance while retaining comfort.

Renewable Energy Systems:

Solar System Technologies

  • Reduces electricity bills: A solar energy system can reduce your reliance on the grid, which in turn reduces your electricity bill.
  • Increases home value: A house with solar panels can increase a home's resale value.
  • Low maintenance: Solar panels are easy to maintain, as they have no moving parts that can wear out over time. -
  • Energy self-reliance: The more energy you produce, the less you will need from a supplier, which increases your energy self-reliance.
  • Job creation: A large part of the cost associated with solar systems comes from the installation of the panels, which contributes to local job creation.

SEMS , a complete system for AC room , which can make the temperature and humidity of workshop follow the setting point and control them more precisely . The temperature and humidity of environment , supply air , return air , water and workshop can be collected all the time , and then the controller will calculate the data according to the requirements , then the fan speed , shutter switch angle and pump spraying effect will be adjusted in real time through PID

    Air Compressor & Air Compression

Air Compressor: An air compressor is a device that converts power into potential energy stored in compressed air. It works by compressing air in a chamber, allowing the compressed air to be released through a valve or hose to power tools, machinery, and other equipment. Air Compression: Air compression is the process of reducing the volume of air, increasing its pressure and temperature, to store energy. This process involves squeezing air molecules closer together, making the air hotter and more pressurized, allowing it to be used as a powerful energy source for various applications.
